timetables and availability calendars. This means the tour schedule or
activity times are automatically shown on your online booking system
based on the customers desired date.
Muliti Rate: You can set up multiple rates for each tour or activity such as
“adult” or “group”. These rates can have their own seasons such as peak
and off peak and are automatically applied to the booking.
Instant confirmation and Request: Booking status can be instant confirmation and on request.
Availability status can automatically change to on request or stop sell
once all seats are sold. Bookings status can be switched to on request
based on how far in advance of arrival the customer books.
Aliases: Seekom Classic Tours uses an "alias" feature so that terminology
used on the booking screens is appropriate for different tour and
activity types.
Extras: An extras module allows you up-sell other items such as meals,
apparel, souvenirs etc. at time of booking, thus increasing the average
revenue per booking.
Automated Communications: An online brochure is sent to the customer after booking given them location (such as a Google Map), description and terms, saving you time and providing convenience to the customer.
